    **Items will be made based on the colors selected on the invoice.  Please do not put as pictured. Any questions as to what colors are shown, please email and ask prior to ordering.
     
    **If you are looking for a color that is not shown or if you would like to see examples of certain colors, please don't hesitate to contact me, Thank you. **
     
    **Please note, if you CHOOSE colors that are not on my color list, I will match to the best of my ability. **

    What is the average turn around time? top

    Current Production time is 2 weeks PLUS shipping time.

    Unless otherwise specified, all items are shipped USPS First Class Mail, which typically takes 3-5 days. Please specify if you would like your purchase shipped to a different address.

    Please note that this is ONLY the shipping time. Please refer to the shop announcements for current production times.

    If for any reason, your item(s) is returned undeliverable, it is the purchasers' responsiblity to pay for the second shipping to the correct address

    Refunds and Exchanges

    I do not offer refunds or exchanges, due to the custom nature of our shop. If you have a problem with an order, please convo us & I will see how we can remedy the situation. I want everyone to be 100% thrilled with their order.

    **I DO NOT offer any refunds for items being too small/ wrong size or for misprints/spellings on invoice**

    *If there is a problem with your order, please contact me either through convo or email me at christinaking [!at] live.com ; If the item(s) are damaged or a problem occurs they will be asked to be returned either in their original packaging or at the buyers cost. *
     
    If a refund is needed to be made, it will be for the purchase price only; shipping costs are not refunded. And if there are any additional costs that arose during the production, a fraction of those costs will be deducation from the refund.  Additional costs are but not limited to: specific design purchase, specific apparel purchases, specific fabric or supply purchases; anything that might of been purchases specifically for you.
     
    If for any reason an exchange is needed, buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs - shipping the incorrect item back to me, and cost of shipping of the new item.  No replacement item will be shipped out until the other item is returned.

    How should I care for the embroidery? top

    **Care Instructions: Please do not remove excess stitch backing from back of onesie or t-shirt; doing so may result in holes around the embroidery, unraveling and/or damage to the embroidery work and/or garmet. Backing will wear-away and soften in wash; it should not cause any irration.

     

    Please wash cold water and lay flat to dry. Thank you**

    Shipping Issues top

    Current Production time is 1 - 2 weeks PLUS shipping time.  Most packages are shipped USPS first class mail which can take up to 5 to 7 business days.

    Once an order has been mailed, I am no longer responsible for the pieces. All orders are shipped with tracking for the buyers ease and ability to research and process claims with the postal service if needed. 

    All packages include a tracking number once shipped.

    Insurance is purchased with each shipping label I print.  If your item is not recieved by was in transit by the USPS, you will need to file a claim with the USPS for resolution.

    Policy on Payment: top

    All payments are due at time of purchase. I accept Paypal and Etsy direct checkout. Please keep in mind you DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to buy from me - Paypal allows you to purchase using any major credit card!

    ALL ORDERS will NOT be started until COMPLETE payment is recieved.
